ClearFlow (清流) Terms of Service

Effective date: October 24, 2026

These terms apply to ClearFlow Membership, a paid service provided by OhMyAI ("we", "us"). The ClearFlow browser extension itself is free and open source under the MIT License; if you use it with your own API key, you don't need a membership and only the MIT License and our Privacy Policy apply. By buying or using ClearFlow Membership, you agree to these terms. Questions: developer@ohmyai.app.

1. What the membership is

ClearFlow Membership lets you use ClearFlow's AI features — judging replies and enhanced translation, including YouTube captions — through our servers, without getting your own API key. The features are the same as with your own key, except that images in replies are not checked.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your email address. Anyone who can read that email can sign in, so keep it secure.
  • A membership is for one person. You can sign in on up to 3 devices and remove devices on your account page.
  • You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • New accounts get one free 7-day trial, with no card needed: one trial per email address and per device. During the trial, the daily usage limit is lower.

3. Plans and payment

  • Plans: Monthly ($2.90 a month) and Yearly ($24 a year) renew automatically. The 30-Day Pass ($3.90) and 1-Year Pass ($39) are one-time payments and don't renew. Current prices are on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes.
  • Who processes payments: Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our online reseller and merchant of record. Waffo takes the payment and handles invoices and taxes, and its own terms also apply to the purchase. We never see your card details.
  • Renewal: a subscription renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. If we change a plan's price, the new price applies to new subscriptions; existing subscriptions keep their price.
  • Failed renewal: if a renewal payment fails, the membership keeps working for up to 3 days while the payment is retried. If it still fails, the subscription ends.
  • Passes: if you buy a pass while your membership is still active, the new pass starts when the current one ends. You can't buy a pass while a subscription is set to renew: cancel it first, or wait until it ends.

4. Cancelling

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time on your account page or on Waffo's billing page. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. You can resume it before then.
  • Apart from the refund in section 5, we don't refund or credit partial periods.

5. Refunds

  • You can get a full refund within 7 days of the first purchase on your account, for any reason. Request it on your account page or by email.
  • A refund ends the membership it paid for right away. If it was a pass, any passes bought after it move earlier.
  • Other refunds are at our discretion, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
  • If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.

6. Usage allowance and fair use

  • Each membership includes a monthly usage allowance and a daily limit, sized for heavy everyday use. The extension shows how much of this month's allowance you've used. When you reach a limit, AI features pause until the next day or the next month, and local rules keep working.
  • Don't use the membership through anything other than the ClearFlow extension and website (for example, by calling our API directly), share your account, resell access, send automated requests, or try to get around the limits or the one-trial rule. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. AI results can be wrong

Replies are judged and text is translated by AI models, and they make mistakes: a normal reply may be cleaned, spam may be missed, and a translation may be inaccurate. Anything ClearFlow cleans can be viewed, and you can report mistakes. Don't rely on ClearFlow where a mistake would matter.

8. Other sites and services

  • ClearFlow works on X, YouTube, Reddit, Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and Hacker News and isn't affiliated with any of them. Those sites change often, and a change can break a feature until we update the extension.
  • To provide the membership, we send content to service providers (OpenRouter, TypeSafe and the translation models), as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

  • We may add, change or remove features.
  • We'll email paid members at least 14 days before a change to these terms that affects them takes effect.
  • If we stop offering ClearFlow Membership, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused part of any yearly plan or pass.

10. Suspending and deleting accounts

  • You can delete your account at any time on your account page. A subscription that is set to renew is cancelled first.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

11. Warranty and liability

ClearFlow is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim about the membership is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
